Habif Properties is pleased to announce that a new Family Dollar and Dollar Tree Combo Store will celebrate their grand opening on November 14th 2022, at Paulding Plaza in Dallas, GA. Paulding Plaza is an 86,000 square foot shopping center located at 200 Merchants Drive, Dallas GA 30132. Family Dollar and Dollar Tree will occupy 20,550 square feet at the property with their new Combo Store concept. This will be the first in-line Family Dollar and Dollar Tree Combo Store in the Atlanta Metro Area.
Habif Properties leases and manages the property and recently completed an extensive exterior renovation of the property. “We are thrilled to welcome Family Dollar and Dollar Tree to the rapidly growing Dallas area” said Michael Habif, Principal of Habif Properties.
